Beta Pilot - Terms of Services

1. Nature of the Beta Pilot Fairway Fresh Detailers (the "Platform") is currently in a "Beta" testing phase. The Platform is provided for the purpose of testing, evaluation, and feedback. By participating in this pilot, you acknowledge that the software may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies.

2. No Warranty ("As-Is") The Platform and any associated services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

3. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the developer of Fairway Fresh Detailers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damage to vehicles, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

4. Independent Third Parties Users acknowledge that detailing services are performed by independent third-party Providers, not by the Platform developer. Any disputes regarding the quality of a vehicle wash or damage to property must be resolved directly between the User and the Provider.

5. Right to Modify or Terminate The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta Pilot at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability to the participants.
