Compliance & Tax Data: Tax identification numbers (e.g., GST/HST or EIN), business licenses, and proof of Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance.

Operational Data: Equipment specifications (water/power self-sufficiency) and service area preferences.

c. For Partner Golf Courses:

Authorized Representative Data: Name, job title, and contact information of the manager or official signing the Access Agreement.
2. How We Use and Share Your Information
We use and share information to create a seamless connection between the golfer, the detailer, and the venue:

To Facilitate Services: We share the User's name, vehicle details, and parking location with the Provider to enable the service.

To Verify Compliance: We use Provider business and insurance data to vet applicants. We may share a Provider’s insurance status or business name with Partner Golf Courses for security and site-access verification.

To Ensure Site Safety: We share the details of active bookings (vehicle location and Provider ID) with Golf Course Management to ensure they are aware of who is operating on their property.

Communications: We send email and in-app notifications related to bookings, applications, and partnership updates.
3. Consent to Collection and Sharing
By using the App or submitting an application/agreement on our website, you provide express consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described.

Providers specifically consent to the sharing of their professional identity and insurance status with the venues (Golf Courses) where they operate.

Users consent to their vehicle’s location being shared with third-party providers.
4. Data Security
We are committed to protecting your information. We employ reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access.

Sensitive Business Data: Information such as Insurance Certificate information is stored securely and accessed only for verification purposes.

Third-Party Hosting: Our platform is hosted on Wix.com, and data is stored on their secure servers. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
