Golf Course Partner Agreement
Partner: [Golf Course Name] (“The Venue”) Platform: Fairway Fresh Detailers (“The Platform”)
1. Purpose
The Venue agrees to grant The Platform’s independent third-party service providers (“Providers”) temporary access to the Venue’s parking facilities for the sole purpose of providing mobile automotive detailing services to the Venue’s patrons (golfers).
2. Nature of Relationship (The "No-Employee" Rule)
The Venue acknowledges that Fairway Fresh Detailers is a technology platform only. The Platform does not employ the detailers, nor does it own or operate the detailing equipment. All services are performed by independent contractors.
3. Limitation of Liability & Release

Release of Platform: The Venue hereby releases and forever discharges Fairway Fresh Detailers, its owners, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising from the presence or actions of Providers on the Venue’s property.

Sole Recourse: The Venue agrees that in the event of any property damage, personal injury, or business interruption caused by a Provider, the Venue’s sole legal recourse shall be against the Provider and the Provider’s insurance policy.

No Platform Liability: Under no circumstances shall Fairway Fresh Detailers be liable to the Venue for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
4. Provider Requirements & Indemnification
Providers granted access under this platform have agreed to:

Maintain active Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance.

Remain 100% self-sufficient (no use of Venue water or power).

Indemnify and hold harmless both The Venue and The Platform from any service-related claims.
5. Venue Authority & Safety
The Venue maintains absolute control over its premises. Venue management may:

Direct Providers to specific, low-traffic areas of the parking lot.

Require any Provider to cease operations and leave the property immediately for any reason (noise, etiquette, or interference with golf operations).
6. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement immediately upon written notice (email is sufficient).
