We require all providers to maintain their own commercial liability insurance. Our Terms and Conditions, which you agree to upon booking, clearly state that any claims for damage or theft are to be made directly with the service provider. Our platform helps by keeping a record of the transaction and providing a direct line of communication to resolve any issues.

What if a customer claims I scratched their car, but the scratch was already there? Am I on my own?

As an independent business owner using our platform, you are in control of your work and responsible for your services. That's why we require you to carry your own business liability insurance, which is a standard and essential protection for any professional detailer. Our platform supports you by encouraging best practices, like taking 'before and after' photos with your phone. This documentation, combined with your insurance, is the best way to protect your business from fraudulent claims.

Question
What happens if a provider gets hurt on our property, or if they damage a member's car and we get blamed?

We've structured our business to ensure there is zero liability for the golf course. We are a technology platform that connects your members with independent, professional detailers. A mandatory condition for any provider to operate through our app is that they carry their own commercial general liability insurance. We will ensure that every provider who works on your property can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that will completely indemnifies you from any and all incidents related to their service.
